Cancellation and Refund

Appointment Cancellations

You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method. If you have any issues with your refund, please contact us at legal@aucdental.com.
